During her time at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, Megan worked at the school’s Writing and Learning Center as a peer tutor with a focus in writing. She also wrote fun articles for Cal Poly’s HerCampus chapter, and volunteered as an Event Staff member for Cal Poly’s Week of Welcome 3 years in a row.

After graduating from Cal Poly SLO with a degree in English, a minor in Italian Studies, and a certificate in Technical and Professional Communication, Megan worked as the Copy and Content writer for ABOM Group. At ABOM, she handled writing the copy for articles, social media, emails, and more. She also covered scheduling social media posts for the company and some of their clientele.

Outside of work, Megan loves an entertaining sci-fi/fantasy book, TV show, & movie.
